Account Deletion

Information about requesting account closure and deletion.

Last updated: 2026-09-03

1. Overview

You may request closure or deletion of your DPRQ account and associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

This page explains the request process. Destructive automated deletion against production database, auth, and storage is not performed through self-service in the current release.

2. How to request deletion

Email hello@dprqtech.com from your account email with subject 'Account Deletion Request'.

Include your organisation name, whether you are the organisation owner, and whether you want full organisation deletion or removal of an individual user.

3. Consequences

  • Deletion may remove access to products, passports, documents, and billing self-service.
  • Published public passports may need to be unpublished or handled separately depending on your regulatory obligations.
  • Organisation owners should confirm no other active users require continued access before organisation deletion.

4. Information we may retain

  • Payment receipts, invoices, and billing records required for tax and accounting.
  • Security logs and fraud-prevention records for a limited period.
  • Backup copies for the provider backup retention window.

5. Automated deletion

Automated end-to-end account deletion across Supabase Auth, relational data, and storage buckets requires core backend implementation not included in this compliance release.

Status: BLOCKED — OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED.
