Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between LUNELL PROFESSIONAL LIMITED ("DPRQ", "we", "us") and the organisation or person registering for or using the service ("Customer", "you").

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using DPRQ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and applicable billing terms.

2. The DPRQ service

DPRQ provides software to structure product information, assess readiness against supported regulatory schemas, manage supporting documents, and publish Digital Product Passports with public URLs, QR codes, and export formats.

DPRQ is software infrastructure. It is not an EU institution, government authority, notified body, certification body, or official registry operator.

Validation and readiness scores are software-assisted checks. They are not governmental certification of legal compliance.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must have authority to bind your organisation if registering on its behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and organisation profile information.
• You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
• You must provide accurate contact email and complete email verification where required.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, quotas, billing controls, or security measures.
• Do not misrepresent DPRQ outputs as official EU certification or government approval.
• Do not use the service in a manner that could harm DPRQ, other customers, or third parties.

5. Customer content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency of product information, passport content, and supporting evidence you submit to DPRQ.

You represent that you have the rights and authority to upload documents and publish passport data.

Public passport pages publish only the public-tier fields you approve through the product workflow. Private documents and restricted-tier data remain organisation-internal unless you choose to publish permitted fields.

6. Plans, billing, and limits

Current commercial plans include Single DPP (€2.99 one-time, 1 new DPP, 100 MB), Starter (€49/month, 150 new DPPs per billing period, 5 GB), Professional (€149/month, 600 new DPPs per billing period, 25 GB), Business (€299/month, 2,000 new DPPs per billing period, 100 GB), and optional additional storage (€5/month, +10 GB).

7. Intellectual property

DPRQ retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use DPRQ during an active subscription or valid Single DPP credit in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your product data and uploaded content, subject to the licence needed for us to host and process it to provide the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, or security events may cause temporary disruption.

We may update features, supported schemas, and plan limits in line with product development and applicable law, while honouring purchased entitlements for active billing periods unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DPRQ is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Subject to the above, DPRQ shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profits arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by you to DPRQ in that period, except where a higher minimum liability is required by law.

You remain responsible for regulatory compliance of products placed on the market and for decisions taken on the basis of DPRQ outputs.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirement.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests are handled as described on our Account Deletion page.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
